For free and fair trial of General PervaizMusharaf against his action of 3rd November 2007, a special court was constituted. The process was to get the bench from justices of high courts. The procedure was adapted and got 5 names from five High Courts of Pakistan viz;
Justice Faisal Arab-From Sindh High Court
Justice SyedaTahiraSafdar-Balochistan High Court.
Justice Yawar Ali-Lahore High Court.
Justice Yahya Afridi-Peshawar High Court.
Justice Noor-ul-HaqQureshi-Islamabad High Count.
As per article of the constitution 1973, three were to be selected and hence first three justices were selected under head of Justice Faisal Arab of Sindh High Court. The purpose of the special court was to prosecute the former General under article-6 of the constitution for commission of high treason. The building of federal shariat court was assigned to this court.

General PervaizMusharaf:
General PervaizMusharf has brought army coupe in Pakistan in 1999 by dismissing the Nawaz Sharif Govt and putting him behind the bar. This act of General was quite unconstitutional under article-6 of the constitution which does not allow any army person to occupy the government by force. During his period of autocracy the dictator took many severe steps which have brought the country century back. He allowed the American to invade against Afghanistan by providing them logistic support. Not only this he also killed Akbar Bugti, started operation on Lal Masjid where so many innocent students were killed and Put the Judges under house arrest. He was also considered the cause of assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhuttu. He conducted the referendum and got the desired results under army supervision. Again in 2007, he promulgated emergency by dispelling the constitution and offered 16-points PCO. He also dared to have two offices simultaneously.
Article 248 (Immunity to President against any Criminal Proceeding).
The article 248 of the Constitution of Pakistan gives immunity to the president of Pakistan and Governors of the provinces as “No criminal proceeding will be instituted or constituted against the president or a governor during his office”. Hence under above definition the Prime Minister Mr.YousufRazaGillani avoided to write a letter against the President of Pakistan to the Scotland Authority for inquiry of its assets lying there in banks in shape of cash.

Shakeel Afridi was born in 1962, he was a physician and having dual nationality of Pak-America. He is known as helping of American CIA by running fake vaccine program in Abbottabad, Pakistan to confirm Osama Bin Laden presence through DNA sample. He succeeded in his mission and provided the required information to America. He was arrested at TORKHAM BORDER crossing while trying to flee from the county after raid on 23rd of May 2012. He was sentenced to 33 years of imprisonment for treason.

Arfa Karim Randhawa was born on 2nd of February, 1995 and died on 14th of January, 2012. He was known as the world’s youngestMICROSOFT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL. She won following awards;

Malala yousafzai was born on 12th of July, 1997, at Mingora in KPK. She is known as Activism-TALIBAN ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT. Her father name is Ziauddin Yousafzai. Supreme Judicial Council:
The purpose of Supreme Judicial Council is to hear the issues relating to judges of Pakistan. It will be composed of One Chief Justice and Two Senior most judges of Supreme court and two senior judges of High Court.
Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan Scheme.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announce Youth Business loan scheme with following particulars;
Loan to: Person having no job, either literate or illiterate and be a Pakistani National.
Amount: The amount will be from one lac to two million.
Interest Rate:The interest rate will be 15% out of which 7% will be paid by the government and 8% on the borrower.
Tenure: The time for repayment will be 7 years exclusive one year grace period.
Grace Period: Grace Period will be one year.
Gender Quota: The fifty percent loan amount allocated for females only.

Dialogue with Taliban:
The Terrorism has covered all provinces of Pakistan generally and KPK and Balochistan Especially. After a long fight with Taliban militants the government of Nawaz Sharif has decided to announce peace talk with Taliban and invited for dialogue. At the same time, the Taliban agreed to talk with the govt under certain conditions not mentioned earlier. In first step of dialogue the Drone attack from American Military aborted the dialogue process by putting into death the leader of Taliban Mr.BaitullahMehsood. Soon after the attack Mr. Fazallullah was ascended as the leader and he at first was not ready for talk but later on he agreed with some groups for peace talk. Pakistani Government has announced four members committee comprised of Mr. RahimullahYousufzai, IrfanSiddique, RustumMehmand and …….. at the same time Taliban declared 5-members committee with Mr. Imran Khan (Chairman PTI), Mr. Kifayatullah (JUI-F), Mr. Moulvi Abdul Aziz, Professor Ibrahim (JI) and  Mr. MaulanaSameeulhaq. Among Taliban committee Imran Khan and Mufti Kifayatullah refused to be the part of it. And hence Taliban committee limited upto 3-members as mentioned earlier. The process now abrogated by martyred of 23-FC persons, and govt announced to stop dialogue.
